If your product/service isn't as described by the seller or hasn't arrived within the promised time, contact the seller. Most sellers are happy to quickly resolve any issues.
As soon as you recognize issue with your purchase, go to your customer dashboard and follow the below steps

From actions tab select "Raise Dispute"
to initiate a dispute
2. Describe the Issue
Describe the issue and share any images,
documents, merchant communications
that will help in resolution
